Return & Exchange Policy
At Arhampk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with high-quality mobile accessories and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy makes the process simple and transparent.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing accessories may not qualify for return or exchange.

Our support team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for sending the product back. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
Refunds are made through the same payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping charges (Rs. 100) are non-refundable, and the customer may need to cover return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.
Arhampk reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions. We always strive to handle every case fairly and ensure our customers are satisfied with the final outcome.
